Ants on a Log, by Faith

One of Faith’s recent projects has been to describe the process of making Ants On a Log (aka celery with peanut butter and raisins).

A great Project for young Peas!

Here’s Faithy!

STEP 1 – Take out your tools and ingredients…

Tools: cutting-board, knife

Ingredients: celery, peanut butter, raisins

Step 2 – Wash the celery.

(We don’t have running water in our Shed, so we washed our celery outside at the tap.)

Step 3 – Cut the celery.

(Faith has recently graduated to the ‘sharp’ knives.)

Step 4 – Put peanut butter in the celeries grooves.

Step 5 – Place some raisins on the peanut butter.

Step 6 – Eat and enjoy!

  1. Faith that is one of my favorite snacks. We had them last week. Yummmmm Aunt Polly , Aliyah and Avalon had them too. Avalon mostly ate the peanut butter and raisins, but Aliyah liked the whole thing. Love, Meema

  2. I love ants on a log too Faithy! Thanks for posting the instructions! When Ritter is old enough, I’ll have him follow your instruction manual to make some for Jenny and Me! Love you!
